It is our pleasure to welcome you to the first edition of the USC Orthopaedic Surgery KeckZine. Through this publication, we hope to start a conversation about how our expertise and technical capabilities can offer exceptional and appropriate care to patients with orthopaedic conditions.
In this issue, you will read about our treatment for patients with complex orthopaedic trauma, including the use of vascularized fibular grafts, revision total shoulder arthroplasty, management of osteonecrosis of the hip and clinical research.

Keck Medical Center of USC was recently ranked 24th in the country by US News & World Report for adult orthopaedic hospitals. We are honored to have 13 physicians named to the Southern California Super Doctors list in 2017, including two physicians who have been Super Doctors for 10 years, and two additional physicians who were named to the Super Doctors Rising Stars list in 2016.
